Catholic Charities Grateful Beneficiary of Inspire Pajama Drive

Goshen, NY – Catholic Charities of Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster was delighted to be the beneficiary of 100 pairs of new pajamas from their friends at Inspire. The pajamas, for newborns through teens, were collected during Inspire’s annual Pajama Drive. Catholic Charities distributed the donated pajamas to the children and families served through its community-based programs.

“It is always a happy day when we receive a visit from clients and staff of Inspire loaded down with a donation of new pajamas,” said Kristin Jensen, Chief Advancement Officer, Catholic Charities. “We are exceptionally grateful to our friends at Inspire for generously sharing the success of their annual pajama drive with Catholic Charities and other community organizations. Basic necessities like new pajamas can make a real difference in a child’s life.”

Through a variety of programs, including emergency food and shelter assistance, Catholic Charities provides basic necessities of life to the neediest in the community. This frequently includes food, clothing, hygiene items, furniture, and household items. Assistance is provided to those in need, regardless of religion or ability to pay.
