Catholic Charities Goshen Christmas House Tour Set for Saturday, December 7
Goshen – Catholic Charities of Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster will kick-off the holiday season on Saturday, December 7, with the 5th annual Goshen Christmas House Tour. The Tour provides an inside look at the beautiful Christmas décor and festive finery of a selection of private homes in the greater Goshen area.
House Tour tickets are $40 per person when purchased by December 2, and $45 per person for tickets purchased after the deadline and on the day of the event. Homes will be open to ticketed visitors from 1 to 5 pm for self-guided tours. All proceeds from the Tour will support Catholic Charities’ social safety net programs, which aid the neediest residents of Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster Counties.
“We are grateful for the support from generous homeowners who go above and beyond in decorating their homes for Christmas and opening their doors to welcome Catholic Charities’ guests. They help raise much-needed funds to support our mission to provide help and create hope for those in need,” said Kristin Jensen, Chief Advancement Officer for Catholic Charities. “The Goshen Christmas House Tour is a day full of fun, friends, and festivities for a great cause,” said Jensen.
Check-in, and “day-of” ticket sales, for the Christmas House Tour will open at 12 noon at the Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame, located at 240 Main Street, Goshen. At check-in, guests will receive their map, guidebook, and guest pass. Live Christmas music, light refreshments, and restroom facilities will also be available at check-in. In the event of snow, the House Tour will be held Sunday, December 8.
